TwistedWave edits channels. You may edit 5.1 or stereo audio files. TwistedWave is a single-track editor, not a multi-track editor. Vocal and music can be combined. Open a second editor window, choose your music track, and duplicate it. Choose Edit > Paste Over to add music to your voice track. This combines the audio with the clipboard.
